Growth and Development for Adults, College Students, Teens and Parents
You already have the strengths you need—coaching helps you see them clearly. By building awareness and perspective, we uncover new paths forward, helping you move beyond obstacles and toward the life and work that matter most to you.

Life coaching with an ADHD lens.
If you have ADHD, you know that even straightforward goals can feel complicated. Adults pursue ADHD coaching for many reasons—career changes, health goals, parenting challenges, or returning to school. What makes ADHD coaching different is that your coach understands how ADHD impacts motivation, focus, emotions, and follow-through. With greater awareness, clients learn to leverage their strengths, navigate challenges more effectively, and make meaningful progress toward what matters most.

As students move through high school and college, ADHD can add extra layers of challenge. Increased academic rigor and greater demands on planning, organization, and follow-through often leave students feeling stuck or burned out. ADHD coaching centers on the student—honoring their strengths and passions while co-creating the skills, structures, and accountability needed to succeed in school and life.

Parenting a child with ADHD can feel like a nonstop, exhausting adventure. Parents often juggle advocacy, structure, appointments, education, and emotional support—while putting their own needs last. Parent coaching offers a place to be heard. By focusing on your goals, frustrations, and strengths, coaching helps you create new paths forward and cultivate the relationship you want with your child.

Though ADHD coaching may be my specialty I am first and foremost an ICF trained Life Coach. I coach clients on all aspects of their lives from work and career to relationships and long-term goals. As your coach, I partner with you “to help you see new possibilities, find alternate routes and ensure you don’t lose focus,” (ICF Website) all the while keeping you in the drivers seat of your own life. If you are at a point where you want to move forward in your life and think coaching might support you, contact me and we can talk about what coaching could look like.
Thanks for stopping by – here is a little bit about me: I live with my husband, 3 children, dog, cat and small flock of chickens. I love being with my family, gardening, walking in the woods and practicing yoga.
For more than 25 years, I’ve worked in leadership roles in nonprofit fundraising and as an educator teaching children from preschool through high school. Across these diverse experiences, a clear through-line has emerged: I am deeply committed to helping people discover their passions and supporting them as they navigate obstacles to reach their goals.
Throughout my career, I have worked closely with many neurodivergent individuals. I am the parent of children with ADHD and language-based learning differences and an adult with ADHD. Both my professional and personal experiences have fueled my desire to better understand how differently wired brains thrive. This brought me to coaching.
Today I split my time as an Executive Function Coach at an independent secondary school in Massachusetts and coaching clients through my business.
Education & Training
I hold a graduate certificate from Landmark College in Neurodiversity and Learning Differences, with a focus on Executive Function Skills. As part of my graduate work, I completed a capstone project designing a year-long college coaching program specifically for students with ADHD.
I am a professionally trained Life and ADHD Coach, having completed my coursework through Mentor Coach. I am currently completing the final steps toward certification through the International Coaching Federation (ACC level) and the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (CACP level), with plans to complete all requirements in early 2026.
My Coaching Approach
My approach to coaching is strengths-based and collaborative. I help clients uncover what they do well, honor their passions, and build practical strategies for moving through obstacles. As your coach, I’m a partner—supporting you as you create clarity, momentum, and a life that truly fits who you are.
